Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Vietnam and you consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
